What kind of church is the Lighthouse?
The terms some use to describe us: Word of Faith, Spirit filled, Charismatic, Full Gospel. Call us whatever you want, we preach the Word and we don't put God in a box. We love people and want to see them reach their potential in Christ! We are a multi racial church comprised of all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities and church denominations.

How should I dress?
At LIGHTHOUSE, you come as you are. You will see members in suits and dresses as well as jeans and T-shirts.
Who attends?
It would be easier to say who doesn’t. We have young and old, single and married, those with and without children, and various races and ethnic backgrounds. The majority of our members are families with children and teenagers, but there is also a large group of young married and singles of all ages.
Who are you affiliated with?
We are affiliated with RHEMA Bible Church / Kenneth Hagin Ministries. Pastor Chad is licensed and ordained through the RHEMA Ministerial Association International (RMAI). To view the list of RHEMA affiliated churches in Texas, click here.
What is the music like?
We have contemporary praise and worship that usually lasts from 20–30 minutes.
What do I do with my baby?
You can have your baby in service with you or take advantage of our nursery system, which is clearly marked in the back of the auditorium. If you place your baby in the nursery and he/she needs you during the service, a number will come up on the screen that corresponds to your child. We also have a cry room available located next to the sound booth which is eqipped with a live video feed of the service.
Where do my children go?
We have a vibrant children’s auditorium for your elementary age children to enjoy. They enjoy interactive, high-energy sermons teaching them the basics of God’s Word.
What is in store for my teenagers?
Ignite youth meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Before and after service, they can hang out in the Lounge filled with video games, air hockey, fooseball and other games. They also enjoy monthly activities and outings.
Who will be working with my children?
Not only do we have policies and procedures in place, but we also complete a background check on everyone who works with children and youth. Our children volunteers are held to high standards, trained and love working with children and youth to help them grow in their walk with God.
Where do I park?
First-time guests have special reserved parking on the East side of the building.
Where do I go?
The Sunday morning service starts at 10:30 a.m. in the
Lighthouse Auditorium. Ushers and greeters are at nearly every entrance to direct you to where you need to go.
Is it a student church?
We are in Aggieland but we are not a student church. The number of students from
Blinn
College and
Texas
A&M
University continues to grow, but we are not focused on the colleges.
Is the church handicap accessible?
Yes. There is plenty of reserved parking on the West side of the building. The auditorium has seating available specifically for wheelchairs and handicap accessible restrooms.
How can I get connected in small groups?
