Founding and Senior Pastors - Chad & Lacy Gonzales
Chad and Lacy are both graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center. While at RHEMA, Chad was actively involved in many areas of the church as well as a member of the RHEMA Eagles basketball team. Chad also holds a B.S. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Counseling from Lamar University. Lacy was on staff at Kenneth Hagin Ministries for four years and also volunteered in a number of capacities at RHEMA Bible Church.
Chad and Lacy have appeared on TBN's Praise the Lord program. Chad has been a featured writer in Creflo Dollar Ministries ' Changing Your World Magazine as well as several other publications. Chad's first book FEARLESS was released in April 2006.
Since the inception of The Lighthouse, an impact has not only been made in Central Texas, but all over the world. LBC articles and services have been downloaded from all over the US and many other countries including Canada, India, Peru, Afghanistan, Switzerland, Mexico, and Ireland.
 Worship Leader - Justin Gonzales Justin has been part of the Lighthouse since its beginning. Through resounding praise and intimate worship, Justin leads the congregation into wonderful times of refreshing and creates an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to move. Justin is a 2005 graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Children's Pastors - Neil & Tara Barstad
Neil and Tara currently oversee the children's department at Lighthouse Bible Church and are the lead teachers for Lighthouse Kids which serves our elementary age children. Our kids have their own worship service and enjoy teaching and games in a beach-themed environment full of surf boards, palm trees and a Tiki Hut. Neil is a 1999 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center.

 Youth Pastors - Wade & Jillian Moore Wade and Jillian are the dynamic and fun-loving youth pastors of Ignite. Ignite meets on Wednesdays at 6:00pm for a time of Bible study followed by games in the Lounge. The Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the church and features pool tables, air hockey tables, foosball, video games and other activities. Wade and Jillian are both graduates of Texas A&M University.

 College/Young Adult Pastor - John HallJohn Hall is the head of our young adults at the Lighthouse. With prior experience in the public schools and now a PhD student in Leadership at Texas A&M, John brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our young adults. John is a graduate of the University of Florida.
